Pastor LaWanda Y. Peoples-Lambert is a native of Washington D.C., now a resident of Clinton, MD. She has been married for 20 years to Bro. Anthony Lambert, and they share 4 children; Anthony Jr., Anton, Antonio, and LaNyiah. At a young age the Lord began dealing with her through prophetic visions and dreams. At the age of 14, the Lord filled her with the Holy Spirit at Free Gospel Deliverance Church. Over a period of years, the Spirit of God taught her how to distinguish His voice. As her confidence grew, she was able to minister with clarity to others in love. Later on she quickly learned how to intercede effectively in prayer on the behalf of others.
At the age of 32, the young Pastor Lambert was licensed and ordained at the Grace and Mercy Bible College by Pastor Lillian Grier-Price in June 2001. After which she began ministering, spreading the Word of God everywhere she could.
In 2000 God instructed her to do the work of an Evangelist. She began ministering, spreading the Word of God everywhere she could. In 2001 Evangelist Lambert made history at Community Baptist Church, being the first woman to preach a three day youth revival making a difference in young people’s lives.
Evangelist Lambert became co-founder and senior associate minister of Heaven’s Best Healing and Deliverance Baptist Church, under the leadership of Pastor Angelo O. Jones in Clinton, Md., and resided there for 3 ½ years. God worked healings, signs, and wonders through her on many occasions. She helped build the membership from 5 people to over 100 in a short period of time. Pastor Lambert, along side Pastor Jones brought hope and healing on the radio broadcast, “I Believe in Miracles” on Heaven 1580.
Pastor Lambert continues to uphold the Word of the Lord through preaching and ministering in the Washington D.C. metropolitan area, and many parts of the country, where strong deliverance ministry is needed.
Pastor Lambert constantly uses her life as an example to bridge the gap between her and others. Opening her life so others can learn from the experiences the Lord has taught her. As a person who grew up in special education herself, she is a woman who knows that “you can do all things through Christ which strengthens you” Phil.4: 13 and that you can go far with the Lord’s help.
Pastor Lambert founded God’s Anointed Evangelistic Ministry, Inc. in October 2005 to reach and transform lives under the guidance of the Lord Jesus Christ. In March 2006 she was installed under Pastor Donald E. Anderson Sr. She offers a special thanks to the members of God’s Anointed Evangelistic Ministry, Inc., her mom, and all the spiritual leaders for their continuous support in making this a dynamic ministry for the Lord.
In February 2005, Pastor Lambert held a Woman’s Prayer Breakfast in her home of 50 women. When the service ended, God reminded her of a vision of a Women’s Conference He originally placed in her heart 6 years prior. Pastor Lambert began diligently working on the details of the conference. She started planning for the 1st Annual Young Girls and Young Women Youth Conference to be held in June of 2007. The theme God gave her was “Young Sisters Run on and See What the End’s Going to Be! Armed with Spiritual Weapons and Ready to Fire!” On June 28, 2008 Pastor Lambert hosted the 2nd Annual Youth and Young Adult Conference. The themes were “We Dance To The Beat Of A Different Drum” , 3rd Annual Youth and Young Adult Conference “The Battle of Our Youth Project” and now “Committed to Serving Jesus” Under The Golden Rule Christian Endeavor Union.
She enrolled in Truth Bible College located in Jacksonville, FL and began taking online classes. Since then, she graduated from the Breakthrough Bible College located in Marlow Heights, MD., with a Bachelor’s Degree in Theology January 2009. Pastor Lambert has served as chaplain for Marshall’s Funeral Home in Suitland, MD.
In August 2008 God opened the door for Pastor Lambert to minister to His people over the airwaves. She served on a worldwide radio program “The Gospel”, www.wkshdabeat.tv every Sunday morning from 9-9:15 a.m. This program reached both a secular and Christian audience with the gospel of Jesus Christ.
